iMedica PRM Training

Most training is conducted at the practice, where physicians and staff can use real patient data and your own computer system. After initial pre-implementation training, the trainers return as needed to help with major new tasks such as the first month’s patient statements.

Follow-up training, refresher courses, and new employee training can be conducted at the practice, at iMedica’s offices, or via WebEx in very effective, self-paced courses.
Typical Training Elements:.

  • End-user training in small, task-focused groups:

  • Follow-up training and WebEx refreshers
